Counselling & Mentoring in Petts Wood, Sidcup & Online
Hello, thank you for visiting my website.
The first steps into counselling can feel daunting or confusing. Finding the right therapist is an important first step and I hope the information provided here can support you in deciding whether engaging with me might be right for you. I offer a no obligation, 20-minute online consultation to help before committing to any counselling or cost.

I am an integrative counsellor choosing to working primarily in a person-centred approach, putting you at the heart of our work to explore what is happening for you in your life, to unravel past events and experiences to understand your experiences and move forwards with your life in a way and at a pace which feels right for you.
I am a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming counsellor, regularly working with clients who live with compounded and discriminatory experiences of inter-sectional identities – whether through race, class, gender, sexuality or neurodivergence – where I provide a non-judgemental space to explore these challenges in their lives.
I am a creative counsellor and offer Walk & Talk Therapy, taking therapy into nature, using movement and natural elements to aid personal expression.
Many clients come to counselling after a lifetime of feeling 'not good enough', experiencing shame, anxiety or stress at not meeting the expectations of others: I meet you where you are to help you let go of beliefs which are not true for you and help you make sense of your experience, to 'be your best self'.
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes and can take place face-to-face in Petts Wood or Sidcup, or online via Zoom. Sessions are usually held on a weekly basis, although some fortnightly appointments may also be available.
I work with clients locally in Petts Wood, Sidcup, Bromley and across West Kent, as well as offering online counselling for those who prefer the flexibility of remote sessions.
